Dr. Shorser and his entire staff could not be a nicer or more professional. They are a joy to deal with. I have been a very satisfied patient of this dentistry for many years. Today (May 20th, 2026) I was attended to by a new dentist and assistant. They could not have been friendlier, while maintaining the high standards of professionalism and excellence that I have come to expect from this office. Excellent.
I have been with Dr Shorser for 37 years and his staff has always been friendly and very professional. My dental health has been so well cared for by this clinic. I am grateful to be a part of Dentistry by the Lake for so long!

I have been a patient at Dentistry By the Lake for over a decade. My hygienist and dentist there are knowledgeable, professional, and have provided me with the utmost of care. The front office staff are kind and supportive. Overall, the dental care I have received has always exceeded expectations. So much so, I also bring my children here for all of their dental care needs. A true family dental office. My family and I are in good hands!
ZERO STAR REVIEW. Horrible experience with the office manager, Karen. I do not recommend going there, I had 3 incidents with her alone, which resulted in pulling myself and the rest of my family from the practice. Unacceptable behaviour and very unprofessional. Stay far away. Further to that, they tried to gaslight me about an error they made with an appointment that was scheduled in writing.
