I had a great experience getting my 6 month check up and cleaning at Dery. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and professional. My visit was as good as a visit to the dentist can be!
Lauren, as always, was great. Based upon the last several visits, the staff, up front, on average, not nearly as personable as the prior, well-oiled staff. Do not appreciate repeated texts and emails regarding confirming my visit. One inquiry, by either text or email is fine, and understandable. Beyond that, it is annoying. To receive 3 or more is approaching harrassment.
