This was my first appointment with Dr. Detar and I was totally impressed and so grateful that someone recommended her to me. Everyone there is so nice, helpful, and informative. I learned some things including problems not previously detected. I highly recommend this practice If you are looking for great dental care.
Do not take your children here other than for a routine cleaning. Terrible experience, will not return. Would leave a zero star review if I could. Even before I was compelled to leave this review, they also cancelled both my kids’ appointments with no notice whatsoever.
The treatment we received from this practice was great. The billing was another story. My kid was seen on an emergency basis. She paid at the appointment, billed the insurance and received money from them (even though they were out of network) and then billed for the balance. We were charged 3 times the "allowed amount". frustrating.
Dr. Bailey Swogger and the other dentists/dental assistants were amazing. My tooth chipped and they got me in pretty much immediately and were wonderful and so helpful!
