I’ve waited to post this because I wanted to make sure my information was correct. I believe this practice takes advantage of patients and engages in fraud. I have always had beautiful teeth. I scheduled a new patient appointment in 2024. During this visit, everything seemed to go well. The hygienist said my teeth looked great. I agree with the reviews that state this practice is fraudulent. I was told I needed two crowns over the span of a year. This was particularly surprising because I get regular cleanings every 6 months and have zero tooth/jaw pain so I delayed scheduling the pricey procedures and I'm glad I did. I felt something was off with the treatment plans from Detars office so I scheduled as a new patient with a new dentist in the area who did full dental X-rays and a thorough cleaning and they found zero issues. The staff was very nice. I felt very comfortable, and they listed to my concerns. Dr. Detar did a great job explaining what she was going to do, and there was no pain.
