I just came in today after they confirmed my new patient appointment TWICE with my mother. They said even though they were closing it didn't matter, because I scheduled ahead of time- I just couldn't do follow ups. They did not advise me at all and had me come in. I walk in and the lady states - oh I'm sorry Someone SHOULD have called. We can't see you , I'm sorry. They didn't tell my mom the day she called in and asked, they never called to let us know. Incredible attention to details. Not only was everyone friendly, they have a great sense of humor. Olinka, the staff, all of them very helpful and informative. Thank you for making everything crystal clear in my assessment. Great experience for a dental appointment. I'll be back.
