Big shout-out to The Dentist At UNV! They made me feel right at home. I was running a little late, called to let them know, and they were super nice about it. Huge thanks to my Dr., Tia, Andrea, and Juan for the amazing customer service 🙌. The place is super clean, organized, and really friendly. Run far away from this place they messed up my husband's mouth and had to issue a refund because of it also front desk staff are so rude the doctor is very unprofessional. He told him to come back to get more medicine if need be "whenever" Because he knew he had messed up which is why the refund was issued in the first place! It would have took them less than 5 minutes to look at him to issue another prescription but instead they wanted to make him wait until 3:30 when we arrived at 9:00 a.m. They were not busy and it should... read more
