I have been a regular patient for several years and at first things went well. I thought the hygienists were nice and Dr Cecilia Wong was very thorough and informative during my first check up. Deceptive, unprofessional, and unsafe experience. As a returning patient seeking a recall exam, I was falsely told I had never been there before and pressured into additional procedures. After calling three separate times, spelling my name and providing previous receipts and other details, I was repeatedly told no record existed — at times it felt like no attempt was even made. Dr. Cecilia Wong is an outstanding dentist! She explains every step clearly, ensuring I understand the process, and her professionalism is top-notch. She always makes sure I’m comfortable before proceeding to the next step. The reception staff are also very friendly, making the entire experience even better. Highly recommend Dr. Wong for excellent dental care!
