Receptionist Mandy is doing nepotism in clinic. All receptionist are changed appointments by themselves. Many times this happened to me.

Dr. Chau & his whole staff is awesome. Dr. Chau is an amazing cool dentist & very relatable & helpful. His office staff very, polite & helpful. I salute Dr. Chau. Not only dentist also a gentleman.
