I’ve had great experiences at this clinic. I always feel very comfortable, and Dr. Vi-An and Dr. Le are warm, professional, and caring. All the staff receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are very kind. They explain the treatments clearly and treat patients with respect. I always feel that my teeth are in good hands. Every time I visit this clinic, I feel like I’m with family.

It was not a good experience with some of the staff. They make me take x-rays- I do the first one, they want me to take another. My dentist 6 months ago and 12 months ago never needed this. I am reasonable, and teeth are important. However, there was no reasoning behind it. I went for a routine cleaning and check-up. I was told by the dental hygienist 'it's included' (which wasn't true) then by the secretary 'I checked and it's covered 70%'.
