I had my cleaning done today by Dan and she did a really great job! My gums are really sensitive and usually bleed a lot but the cleaning went painlessly I recommend this clinic also for the doctors that goes far and beyond to help and answers your questions. Thank you!
Very poor customer service, I had an instance where they made me wait half an hour at the cashier after my treatment because they had issues figuring out insurance codes on their end and forced me to stay until I could pay even though I was in a hurry. They kept saying it would take 5 minutes every 5 minutes only to make me wait 30 minutes. The doctors are nice though, it’s the service is very bad. In the past I’ve had issues like this with them as well, but today was the worst instance of this.

I’ve had great experiences at this clinic. I always feel very comfortable, and Dr. Vi-An and Dr. Le are warm, professional, and caring. All the staff receptionists, hygienists, and assistants are very kind. They explain the treatments clearly and treat patients with respect. I always feel that my teeth are in good hands. Every time I visit this clinic, I feel like I’m with family.
