Other than the front desk people it’s ok. If you genuinely have the patient to beg for your file/documents & x-rays to be sent to you then go ahead. I never encountered rude people like that. The best part is when the front desk lady told me that she doesn’t have time to send me my x-rays because there’s many of them. X-rays take 2 minutes to send out and i believe that if the client wants access to their documents then they have the right to. First time there and last time. Je passe prendre un rendez-vous, et la jeune fille au milieu a la réception me parle avec un manière inapproprié aujourd'hui 21 février a 15h11 elle semble s'énerver toute seule et manque de patience pour rien! C'est normal de laisser une personne de ce genre a la réception?!
J’ai reçu un superbe expérience avec la dr Rioux durant mon traitement Invisalign avec Isabelle elles étaient bien veillante et très gentille. Le personnel au top sans oublier la secrétaire au lunette je pense elle s’appelle «Khushbu»lmais elle est courtois et souriante ❤️
