The front desk staff can be really rude, it seems they forget that people go there for their health not for fun, I was charged extra for "emergency care" although the care was performed months after the visit, calling it an emergency and waiting months to get treatment is a joke, also for treatment that can be very expensive they are very judgmental, I was treaten to have my file removed if I didn't followed treatment as they seen fit and not what I can afford, in general don't go there, they seem to have enough clients alre... read more

Nothing but a money grab! Having lost most of my teeth due to 5 yrs of dialysis, and the remaining ones being very loose..they insisted on a bridge. All of my xrays show that there is little bone left! I was pressured constantly by the dental staff ( not dentists) to opt for implants, bridges...all kinds of procedures that will not work. I was warned by my lifetime dentist & friend, that there would be attempts made to undertake expensive...worthless procedures.
