Can you please send the X-rays to the insurance company as you promised? It’s been almost a month. We walked in, we called several times, and you told us the images were mailed, but they weren’t. This is getting ridiculous.

I called to book an appointment to remove my stitches after an extraction, and the receptionist wouldn’t even let me explain. I was told I had to pay for a full consultation and an exam just to remove stitches — a job that takes 30 seconds. I find that extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
