The most AMAZING dental service I have ever experienced. I broke a front tooth on Sunday, called for an appointment on Monday. They were able to get me an appointment on Tuesday. For my appointment, they had to extract my tooth (a almost painless procedure) they had to send out my front particle to and a new tooth to it, so I figured I would be running around for a week looking like a snaggle tooth hillbilly. Beware. Was told over the phone that they accepted my insurance, so I scheduled to come in for a simple cleaning. When I arrived (only when I asked to double check) I learned that actually, they don't accept my insurance and the cleaning would be out of pocket for over $200. I kindly declined and left. Major waste of time. Staff was friendly and the office was nice, but that means nothing when it seems like they will do anything to get someone through the door.

I have had the best experience with Smiles. I was terrified of the dentist and Dr. Pham and her team made me feel welcomed and so comfortable and worked with me despite my anxiety and trepidation. They are more than accommodating with financial plans as well. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
