I am disgusted on how I was treated by the office the office in Va Beach. which I'm sure was racially motivated. I have been going to Dr Burden office in Williamsburg previously. but today I called because I was in pain, face swollen with a fever. the person over the phone made me an appt I'm Va Beach at 4pm. I live about an 1hour and 15 minutes away from this office might I add. I drove over there in Friday traffic across the HRBT. Everyone is so sweet there and know what they're doing. Throughout my cleaning they asked me if I was doing okay and making sure I wasn't in too much discomfort which I adore. They smile brightly and they are so lovely!
The low reviews on this place speak for themselves. My dad was my dentist and he passed away traumatically, I hadn't been seen in 2+ years, so I knew it wasn't going to be great news. I was devastated to hear my teeth were so bad I needed $1,800 worth of deep cleaning for my teeth, the dentist recommended Invisalign, & I needed a filling.
