Everyone at Smiles of Virginia Beach has been absolutely wonderful. From the moment I walked in, everyone in the practice was gentle, kind, patient, and caring. All the staff were so nice. Professional yet very pleasant and accommodating. One of the best customer service interactions I've had in a long time. The office is very nice as well. Can't recommend enough!

Stay away. My daughter got a cleaning there, they told her she was a good candidate for invisalign. Gave her an estimate over the phone and she applied for care credit over the phone with them but they never finalized a care plan or even had her invisalign scans done, let alone sign anything. She has not been in the office since the phone call and already had a charge from this dentist to her care credit account for $4000 for invisalign.
