Dentist is wonderful, so 5 stars for her. Office manager is rude, condescending, and doesn't understand how insurance works, so deducting 4 stars for his unprofessional and petulant behavior, as well as his retaliatory action of kicking out clients who don't agree with his illegal business practices.
I Love my kids dentist & staff! I’m so glad we found her! She’s wonderful with my kids. She has so much patience and calmness with them. So does her staff (thank God) I recommend her completely!
