I had an appointment for a cleaning and got a call on the Friday before my Monday 8am appointment telling me that if I didn’t call to confirm my appointment within 2 hours they would be canceling my appointment. What?!? Unfortunately I can’t access my phone at work so I didn’t get the message until after they closed. I went Monday morning at 8am anyway hoping they didn’t cancel me but they did. Very professional, caring and welcoming. I highly recommend Yoon Dentistry.
Comfortable office and respectful staff. I established here as a new patient and got an appointment for an exam and x-rays within a month. The office ran on time and Dr. Yoon was friendly and efficient. I was able to make cleaning appointment with the hygienistfor next week, too.
Dr.Yoon always calms me down . I have major health anxiety disorder and his calm demeanor is just amazing and I can’t thank him enough for that . The technique he uses for shots for dental work is so great ! Thanku again so much ! Also it’s a plus when all the dental assistants are so sweet and can’t forgot Pam either . Thankyou guys so much for taking such good care of me and our family
