Never had an issue with this practice. All staff members from the janitors, orderlies, nurses up to the surgeons have been exceptional. Even when appointment times have been delayed they keep patients fully informed. Reception staff are always very welcoming, and the rate schedule is very reasonable. Couldn't rate them highly enough.
Very incompetent
Avoid like the plague I would rather extract my teeth with a rusty pair of pliers than use this practice again Last year I paid £1,655 for a root canal and crown From day one I was in pain - and despite repeated visits the pain continued(indeed the first crown snapped in half the first time I bit on it) Eventually I ended up in front of the practice principle - who I found rude and aggressive - she took an X Ray and then proceeded to bash all my teeth HARD with the handle of one of her instruments - telling me there was noth... read more
