zero star for Manager Michele. I need doctor Viner and owners to call me right away. I made appointment in November for January 2 months ahead of time. They told me to come with my wife together. One week before appointment they call and tell to update insurance or they will cancel it and now they telling dont come together. Appointment only for my wife. Admin completely mess.
Awesome dental office & staff! Not only are Dr. Nick & Dr. Viner amazing, but Michelle and the girls behind the front desk are just too nice. So much fun briefly chatting with them when I get to and leave the office; and who has "fun" at the dentist lol.
Admin and their manager Michelle are complete mess . Owners need to call me at this point . They took my appointment with my wife 2 month ago and now they telling me only wife have appointment. I get texts in prior years that my appointment cancelled altogether . One of the doctors says I need filling vs another one to get more money says I need a crown .
I was there this am when Vagif was abusing Michelle on the fone. He was rude and had unreal expectations. I find the staff very accommodating. I choose this dental office. I kept this office even though I moved 2 oceanport.
Came here and waited over 2 hours to be seen. Now it’s a week later and my tooth already broke again and they don’t pick up the phone during business hours. In more pain than I started with, wouldn’t recommend.
