I love everyone here! This dentist is almost like family to my daughter and I. They make everyone feel so comfortable
I've been there several times over the past few years, only because it was a convenient location for me--I should've driven longer. Iover the course of time I changed jobs, so I used 2 different dental plans. After my procedures were done I was told I owed a balance of $0. The 1st time a few months later after the last visit--the 1st dental plan--I received a bill stating I owed $200. I called them immediately and I explained that i was told i had a $0 balance. I went in for a routine check-up, and before I knew it, they had ground my tooth down to practically nothing. They placed a cap to make it look normal, but the cap kept falling off. After going back two or three times for them to fix it, they told me there was nothing more they could do. They never tried to help or offer any solutions after that.
zero star for Manager Michele. I need doctor Viner and owners to call me right away. I made appointment in November for January 2 months ahead of time. They told me to come with my wife together. One week before appointment they call and tell to update insurance or they will cancel it and now they telling dont come together. Appointment only for my wife. Admin completely mess.
