She did a filling that broke and chipped leaving my teeth covered in jagged shards! She never answered the phone and never called me back. I had a follow-up appointment booked that she didn't even turn up to! Now i need to pay another dentist to fix her mess! I went there because of all the 5 star reviews. I think they're fake reviews! Come on, Victor Vol and Joe Pye are obviously fake names! I'd advise going to another dentist!
Horrible service - temporary filling fell out in 20 min. Dr Prasad didn't want to fix it. It was a lot of arguing, blaming me and abusing. I can't even understand - how she is continuing to provide a dental service.
I arrived in this country 10 years ago and one of the first services i needed was a Dentist of which i am very fussy about. I went to Prasad and I never looked back .I have moved all over Melbourne but I still go to her because of the care and attention she gives, she's a great dentist.
