I view all of my experiences at Depot Dental over the last couple years as positive. Dr. Watson is an excellent dentist who operates a clean, well run facility with the interests of his patients and employees in mind. My Wellcare insurance does not cover much of the bill, but we get what we pay for. The only "dental practitioners" that they cover in Chenango County are not really dentists. Dr Watson explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable. His staff is excellent and willing to help you with any insurance questions you may have. I highly recommend Dr Watson!
Best dental office I’ve ever been to. Donna was extremely helpful in establishing me as a new patient. She helped me get my records transferred and was very flexible in scheduling my appointment. Sophie did my x-rays and cleaning. She was amazing! She’s great at what she does and is very personable. My teeth have never looked so nice! I had an emergency my front bridge fell out and I called my dentist plus every other dentist with the soonest I could get in was the end of the week. I called Watson and they got me in with in the hour. They were really helpful and fixed what I thought needed replacing thank you
