I went in for an appointment and they had no dentists on staff for the full day so they were only able to provide a cleaning. No warning was given otherwise I would have rescheduled. Although they offered to let me schedule an appointment with the dentist on a separate day, that is a huge time suck when you should be able to get a cleaning and dentist checkup in the same appointment. Not thrilled with this experience and very poor planning on the part of the office.

The women helped me for cleaning today is not nice. She refers me as ‘I had trouble to say her name’ and the cleaning is way shorter than previous experience. Not happy with the service

Consistent excellence. After several years, the dental services, from basic cleaning and checkups to crowns and a mouthguard, are exceptional. The entire staff, from the front desk (Frank, Wayne) to the hygienists (this appointment Sharron) to Dr. Lisa Wang are professional, efficient and friendly. The physical building is clean and bright. I highly recommend Dentist Downtown Seattle.
