Horrible business. Paid my yearly amount but after 3 months I never got my cards even after repeated calls and visits to two offices that were not even at the address given. Had trouble the last three years so I’m done! I’m trying to get my money back from November 2024 through my credit card.
Abysmal insurance. Better self insuring and paying cash.

I can attest to the same abysmal customer service others have complained about. This company will do anything it can dream up to avoid processing claims and making reimbursements. They hide behind the most arcane and opaque systems (snail mail and anonymous email), and go out of their way to be difficult. “Dishonest” would be an understatement to describe this company. They must have a really great sales team, because I can’t imagine any employer choosing Dentist Direct if they knew how unscrupulous they are.
WORST INSURANCE EVER. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOUR A COMPANY. This place is the absolute worst!! They are terrible. Expensive and not willing to work with anyone. I pay for a family plan every damn month and they won't add my daughter to the account. She was added 3 years ago and can't find the paperwork magically. SHOCKER. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. Do not do business with this company.
