Paid for a plan 3 months ago and as of now still haven't received my membership card and multiple phone calls, verifying my address, and them assuring it's on the way.
Paid for a plan 3 months ago and as of now still haven't received my membership card and multiple phone calls, verifying my address, and them assuring it's on the way.
Horrible business. Paid my yearly amount but after 3 months I never got my cards even after repeated calls and visits to two offices that were not even at the address given. Had trouble the last three years so I’m done! I’m trying to get my money back from November 2024 through my credit card.
Abysmal insurance. Better self insuring and paying cash.
Log in portal is garbage.
