Worst dental experience of my life. Do not recommend. Are a bunch of crooks. My whole family has stopped going here. At one point they did try to make my situation right but now I am stuck with sensitivity in a tooth I had a crown and root canal on. And now I stuck paying an outrageous bill and I live paycheck to paycheck. Don't let the free cleanings without dental insurance fool you. They take advantage of people, are unethical, and very unprofessional.
Friendliest and bery helpful staff and dentists. Early and late appointments, even same day! I've been a patient for several years. 10/10 🌟
Very greedy about payment. My services cost $5200. My insurance paid $4000 and I paid $600 leaving a balance of $600. I was told this had to be paid before anything could be done. Plus I'm being charged for a temporary denture $350 that insurance companies do not pay for. It's because of the swelling and takes about a year. My upper denture wax lined a couple of times throughout the year and worked great. Another thing the sales department gets a hold me and wants to schedule a cleaning. Friendly staff aside, I will not return. Went in for a broken tooth yesterday in Extreme pain, I first called and provided insurance info. When I arrived I again provided my insurance info then waited a short time. They then took me back did an exam and took ex-rays. once back in the exam room the doctor came in and explained that a few teeth needed to be removed and I agreed. The front end staff and cleaning techs are wonderful. If you have anything that needs to be done they will pressure you to do it as soon as possible. Verify your benefits before going here. I had not used mine for several years and did not know it was preventative only.. They told me on multiple occasions that I had full comprehensive coverage and that insurance would cover a portion of my work that was going to cost me over $4000 out of pocket.
