Hi Could someone let me know how long it takes for this clinic to process refund requests? I've been waiting a long time.
I had a horrible experience at this dental office. I had appt at 10 and was not seen until 10:30am. They took xrays of my teeth that took 20 mins, and then the dentist looked at my teeth before my teeth was cleaned. The dentist asked if I had any concerns, and I told her that I wanted my crown checked. She implied that I did not have a crown. Then she looked at dental rads and realized in fact I did. The doctor was extremely professional. She coached me through the procedure, calmed my anxiety, and listened to all of my concerns. I will never change dental providers
Never again. And I should’ve learned the first time after a simple cleaning. Patrice the dental assistant was on some kind of drugs and fell asleep during a filling that was being cured and made my filling fall out and I kept saying are you okay and she was literally asleep with water going everywhere in my mouth never again I did file a report and hopefully something is done but do not go here.
