This is the 2nd week in a row that they have called the day before my appointment to cancel. I understand that things come up, but for 2 weeks in a row?? If you don't want to work on Friday afternoons then you should not schedule the appointment. This is twice i had to make arrangements to be there and twice that I had to rearrange my schedule. This does not reflect well at all on your practice.
