AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The receptionist is very rude and racist. I wanted to make an appointment and use my NHS maternity exemption, she said yes I could use that and I was asked where I live. I clearly told my address, my post code and she just said that she doesn't know and I need to find the closest one and blah blah blah. It's only 0.1 miles away.
Occasion 1. I arrived for my appointment at 9 am as booked. I was told to wait outside in the -8 cold for 10 minutes because they were not open yet. Occasion 2. I was told the toilet was staff only and was only allowed to use it when I pointed out that I was in dire need of going. Occasion 3. I was told my account had been suspended because I missed an appointment. Despite calling on the morning in question to let them know that I couldn't attend. It's a shame the service is so bad because the dentistry is good.
Fantastic! Helpful and friendly staff who made my visit as straightforward and comfortable as possible.
The service is very bad and you are treated like a beggar if you are on the nhs and the treatment is different if you are private they only think about money
They never ever ever answer the phone 30 calls 8n one day and still no answer
