Update: I still haven’t received my refund they giving me the run around. Saying they tried calling me to ask permission to give me my refund. Like really excuses…I gave you permission when I reached out for my money back. This place is a complete joke. I wish I can give 0 Stars. The staff were very professional and efficient. Also, the dentist informed me of every detail he was going to perform. He was very gentle and I was more relaxed in his chair.
I went there w a couple issues and they were so kind and not judgmental at all. Came up with a great care plan and explained everything to me in a professional manner. Very clean and they were all so nice
I wish I can give 0 Stars. The receptionist At the front desk lied to me that the dentist that work on me was not in my network and overcharged me. They supposed to tell me that info before I sat in the dentist chair not after I got an exam and xray done. But after I got a letter from my insurance a few weeks later with the payment breakdown that’s when I noticed they overcharged me.
