MY EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD HERE..EVERYBODY IS SO KIND..LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE. THE DENTIST THAT TOOK CARE OF ME , VERY UNDERSTANDING , AND PATIENCE ,DURING MY EPISODE OF ANXIETY.
I would prefer to never go here again. The dentist's behavior was dismissive and dehumanizing. Didn't introduce himself, never made eye contact, talked to his assistant first before addressing anything with me. I tried to turn around to talk face to face and I never even saw what he looked like. He was gone in less than 5 minutes. I spent more time with the tech/assistant doing the dental xrays. She was nice and understanding. The dentist's behavior made me feel less than human, and just adds to my dental anxiety.
