I had such a great experience with Dr Raymond Au. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while and was feeling extremely nervous beforehand, but he immediately made me feel calm and comfortable. He explained everything clearly throughout the entire appointment, which really helped ease my anxiety. He was gentle, patient, and very professional, and I never once felt rushed or judged. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone who feels anxious about going to the dentist.
Saw Dr Raymond Au for my yearly checkup and dental clean, including a retainer bond on my back arch. Highly impressed with Raymond and his staff in terms of professionalism, customer service and attentiveness. Anything dental related can be highly stressful and painful, however, the team here are extremely gentle and continuosly checked in to see if I was okay. Great Dentist. Decent pricing and very thorough. Didn't go hardsell on stuff I didn't need. Now my go-to dentist. Still going 3 years on. Raymond Au is the dentist to go to - when you don't want to go to the dentist!!
Dr Lilian is an excellent dentist. I have severe ear tinnitus and she was very understanding.
Not children friendly, young dentists with no patience, cold receptionist.
