Great dental experience with Dr. Edward, they were friendly and welcoming and took the time to explain everything in a way easy to understand, which helped me feel relaxed throughout my appointment.
I booked through HotDoc with Dr Edward Wang for a general check-up and clean. The clinic is accessed via Priceline Pharmacy. I attended on a Saturday afternoon and there were no other patients waiting. With AHM PHI, my out-of-pocket cost was $21. I had such a great experience with Dr Raymond Au. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a while and was feeling extremely nervous beforehand, but he immediately made me feel calm and comfortable. He explained everything clearly throughout the entire appointment, which really helped ease my anxiety. He was gentle, patient, and very professional, and I never once felt rushed or judged. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend him to anyone who feels anxious about going to the dentist.
Saw Dr Raymond Au for my yearly checkup and dental clean, including a retainer bond on my back arch. Highly impressed with Raymond and his staff in terms of professionalism, customer service and attentiveness. Anything dental related can be highly stressful and painful, however, the team here are extremely gentle and continuosly checked in to see if I was okay.
