My experience with Dentcraft of Texas and Don were excellent. He is obviously very experienced and highly skilled, and his connections with local other shops helped him pull off well more impressive results than I could have asked for. My car needed PDR and some paint and the results are as close to perfect as I am able to see. He went well above and beyond for me when there was not need or obligation to. Recently dropped my truck off to Don for extensive hail damage repairs. It came back looking brand new! Great communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Very transparent. Should I ever need auto body repairs in the future, Don will be the only person I call.
I had an amazing experience at Dentcraft of Texas! Their communication was excellent from start to finish, they kept me updated every step of the way. My truck was repaired and returned in a very timely manner, and the quality of their work was top-notch! They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend them for anyone!
I have had hail damages before in the past here in north Texas but it is easy to provide a 5 star review for Dentcraft of Texas. My truck looks like it was pulled off of the Ford Car Dealers lot. Wow. Great job Gentlemen.
Just picked my car up yesterday from Dentcraft. My car had heavy hail damage from last months storm here in Anna. I could not be more pleased with the service Don and his wife Margaret provided through the whole process. They will look out for your best interest while working with the insurance company.
