I worked with Butch and he was able to get me an appointment at the time I wanted. He was very friendly and prompt.
The service that I received from QIDC was top notch. They were all kind, courteous, and professional. The process went very smoothly and everything was explained to me very clearly along the way. I would definitely return back to QIDC if I needed additional work and I will also be recommending their services to others.

My Dental experience was good. Sherwin was very helpful and assisted in organising the Dental treatment, which went smoothly
I needed a flipper holding one incisor to replace one I lost prior to our holiday in Mexico. Making an appointment went well. The MTC agent was knowledgeable and conversed easily. The appointment times worked with our holiday. ( A map showing the dentist's location would have helped our taxi driver. ) The new tooth is a very good match to my own and it fits better than the one made by my Canadian dentist. Dr Alberto was kind enough to bring it and his tools to our hotel for the fitting.
