Dentaquest is a complete fraud! I called on March 1st, 2022 to verify that a certain dentist is within network. Their incompetent agent confirmed that the dentist is. To my surprise, I received my bill and the dentist was not within network. I called their customer service department to complain and they denied everything. I also received letters from people named Eartha Carrington and Yerilda Somoza and their phone numbers don't work. They also don't exist when I call their corporate office.
