Requested for pricing information via their website platform in regards to orthodontics treatment for my son. Their website advertises free consult for first appointment, as well as dental, orthodontics and cosmetic dental treatment. However, when receptionist rang to book me in, nothing was mentioned that their orthodontics services are not available, nor was the first consult free despite their website's contrary advertisement. Poor service, lack of information given. Does not know there own protocols. Lack of care to the child needing a dentist.
I had my teeth cleaned with Dr Amandeep. I've always been wary of Dentists just from past experience but I was so relieved when I met Dr Aman. She was lovely. She kept checking in on me to make sure I was alright and really made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found a local Dentist who is warm and friendly with soft and gentle hands. I would highly recommend Dr Aman. If I can give her 10 stars I would. Needless to say my anxiety was very low throughout the experience. Will be coming back for more dental work done.
