I had an appointment booked at 10am, 30 June at Stanhope Gardens. No one was at the dental reception, and I had to wait for 25mins before someone called out if I am here for dental service. Was told that I am not booked in for 10am. I told her I had booked this appointment 6mths back and had it in my calendar. I had also received a reminder from Dentapex a week earlier.
