I’ve had such an amazing experience with my braces at Dental Zen. Dr. Sadek is an amazing orthodontist and has made the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. All of the hygienists are amazing as well, and over time I’ve built such great relationships with everyone there. They’re always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. I’m so happy with my progress and would definitely recommend Dental Zen for orthodontic treatment!
The entire staff, especially Melanie is exceptionally professional, warm, and approachable. The facility is beautifuly maintained and welcoming, and the doctors are truly outstanding. I'm deeply grateful for the excellent care we received and would wholeheartedly recommend them to our family and friends.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the front desk. There were two receptionists—the younger woman was very nice and polite, so this review is specifically about the older woman with black hair. Her attitude and body language were extremely rude and made me feel completely unwelcome. I came with my senior parents, and she didn’t even offer them a seat while they were waiting.
