I used the online option to make an emergency appointment. I got a text and email verification for what I thought would be my appointment. I got there and apparently wasn’t even in the system. So I took off work and drove 40 minutes in hope to get my tooth taken care of. So I suggest, taking the option to set up an appointment online, off of the website, if it isn’t actually a good way to get an appointment. Great customer service My teeth feel nice and clean way better than before. My hygienist skylar was super kind and helpful.
The staff are very welcoming, and everyone is so kind. They make you feel like family and listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend them to everyone

Was turned away for being 7 mins late. The receptionist told me they have a 10 minute grace period. I pointed out that I was under that time limit and she said it didn’t matter cause there’s paperwork to fill out. But I filled out all my paperwork before even coming in, so she didn’t even check my file. I had even already put my insurance on file. Very rude and short. How are “walk-ins” accepted, but you turn away actual appointments? Also, why doesn’t the sign match the name?
