Whatever you do, do not go to the dental office. They are big scams, Lazy, no customer service and inconsiderate a holes. They’re trying to bill me and threaten me to collections for services I didn’t even have .

SPARE YOURSELF. In the 30 years I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned, I’ve never cried from pain except for here. I was shook at how aggressive they were with the X-rays. I asked to have a different hygienist for my cavity filling to avoid another bad experience, so instead, I had to hold the tools and act as the hygienist during my hour and a half visit lolol. Again, never in my 30 years have I cried or been asked me to do a hygienists job.
I usually don’t write reviews on places because I’ve been in the customer service industry and know what’s it’s like… This had to be one of the worst establishments I have ever been involved with. If I could turn back time, I would have never have had my daughter’s braces put on at this establishment. I started out at the Sterling Heights location because it was close and convenient . Having to take my daughter to the ortho once a month this was important to me. THEY scheduled her appointment on Halloween. I took the day off... read more
