The dentist that I saw, suggested that I don't go back to that office if I didn't have the procedure done that SHE recommended. She is not very professional, needs to learn how to deal with the public, and know that the decision is mine to make. I am going back to the Boardman Ohio office, if I can see the other Dr on staff.
My wife had a bad toothache and her Dentist office refused to get her in even though she was in a few days prior for a cleaning. I asked Dr. Pat (my dentist) if he could she my wife and he had the office made the necessary accommodations. Dr Pat is always helpful, gentle and caring as well as the entire staff.
