This dental office really fell from grace since I came for the first time January 2026. I was scheduled for my 6 month cleaning and exam July 15. They called me and said the office would need to be closed that day. They rescheduled me July 17 and cancelled that date. I called them the following week and they said they were now booked until Feb. or March 2027. Edit: Despite the response from the company to contact the local office to resolve the problem, it should be noted that ALL my phone calls were to the local office. Initially I kept getting excuses from the office manager, now, I've called and waited for the office manager to be free and left messages for get to call me. She has never called me back. The visit was very quick, painless other than the little prick and was over before I knew it. This was my second crown in ten years and by far one of the least uncomfortable of any dental work I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for making an uncomfortable procedure comfortable.
