Brought my Mom into the Dental Works Akron office bc she had teeth aches. The staff were nice. Spent $150 for exam, not too bad. After examination, Dr Ragu recommended extractions. Referred us to either the Fairlawn or Belden office for the extractions. On 4/1 after a run around, I called the Fairlawn office back to schedule an appointment. Said they couldn’t get us in until 4/30. This is when they were told her pain is 8 (1-10 most painful). Told us to call the Belden location bc it looked like they have 4/9 available. They were wonderful simply wonderful staff doctor great I have Verdugo and going to the dentist is usually horrible not this time
