I am extremely disappointed with my experience at DentalWorks in Schaumburg and with the overall decline in service since the Forest Park location closed. At our most recent appointment, the reception staff was short and rude, and I was especially uncomfortable hearing staff openly discussing another patient in front of other people in the waiting area. Very unreliable location they have cancelled on me twice now. First time they didn’t even call me to cancel the appointment and lied about calling as well as lying about the contact info in my file. Then didn’t have an appointment for another 4 months. Now this time they rescheduled my appointment without confirmation the time worked for me after canceling again.
Don't visit the Schaumburg office. Service is bad and front office personnels are very rude. They charge unnecessary. They have out of network doctors and they even dont inform the truth. Eventually they will bill customer and ask for more payments.

Please do not go to this practice !!!! Dr Valis is the only good person in there. We are a family of 4, we have made appointments over 6 months in advance as they only have 1 unprofessional Hygienist, she is horrible. They cancelled 2 of our 4 appointments 2 days before and she was supposed to call us and rebook hmmm still waiting since June. They are not professional and frankly have no idea what is going on.
