Very caring, helpful took time to explain all the procedures in detail,
the staff are Very accomodating and i accomplished all check ups in less than 2 hours including xrays
During my first visit, the receptionist was rude and immediately assumed I was seeking free dental care when she couldn’t verify my insurance. I decided to give them another chance, but my second visit was just as disappointing. The staff had my first and last name switched, which again led to issues verifying my insurance. When I declined their out-of-pocket services, the attitude toward me became noticeably cold. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
