Great service, friendly staff
Great experience. Made me feel comfortable the whole time.
The assistant was amazing. I thought he was the doctor!!!! When the doctor came in he didn’t need to do anything but was very informative. I like the Schaumburg location alot.
I always like the people I deal with during visits but I was very disappointed that I wasn’t informed that Dr. Valis was let go months ago and I was given no chance to decide whether I would look elsewhere for another practice if I chose. I have been a longtime patient (25 years or longer)and I feel that should have been at the top of the list of things to do, not saying I would move on but it seems like the right thing to do. I feel someone dropped the ball!!!
No pain management post procedure. Currently in level 8 out of 10 pain with no relief
