I transferred to this location to continue my braces journey, however the scheduling is 2 months out and they canceled my appointment days before and said they'd call or text if a spot opens up. Never did. I asked if I could reschedule and they declined because they're busy with walk-ins? I'm sitting at 4 months of no progress. I try calling and nobody picks up. My wiring has broke and it hurts. The previous two locations, Aurora and Plainfield, I already had bad experiences with the doctor and scheduling. This honestly suck... read more
Horrible experience with my son’s braces. He’s had them on for three years with barely any progress. Scheduling is the worse and I honestly regret coming here. Now a new dentist has taken over and I’m on my second cancellation from them.
