Beware of this business. I made an appointment for dental cleaning and were told $150 + TAXES. But when i checked out they said it's $350 and the guy on the phone made a mistake informing me wrong prices. This is BS purely.
I just wasted a day off. I made a CLEANING appointment & spend over 2 hours at the office but no cleaning done. After waiting for so long, the dentist had me open my mouth & looked at my teeth for less than 5 mins. She said I was good to go for a cleaning & then the assistant said I’ll have to reschedule to get my teeth ACTUALLY CLEANED. This place is a joke. This has been the worst dentist experience I have ever had. my husband had the same experience with lots of other reviewers that they will charge the services that they never provide. for instance, they just did the regular teeth cleanup, but they will charge as "periodontal maintenance“. these service are expensive and not covered by insurance so customers will keep receiving bills. frontdesk kept saying like "your teeth needs that and doctor did this service to you" and refused to solve the problem. m... read more
The 2nd time i had to do a review on these people. The customer service and management are rude. My wife went in for her routine office visit and had a cavity filled. The next day, my wife woke with pain in her mouth and unable to chew properly. This location is closed on fridays so we had to go to easton. They charged her for a xray and billed insurance when it wasnt necessary, which caused her to get billed on her next routine visit. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. These people are scam artists. The so called manager there named ******* admitted to me that an employee that no longer works there that was telling multiple people including my wife and I that they had to get x-rays to be seen and if the insurance didn't cover them that they would waive them.
