I have been going to this location for about 2 years and for the most part my experiences have been very good. MY issue right now is that about 6 months ago I was having pain in one of my molars. I was told that it had a small crack and both the dentist and the staff told me that a crown would be a good first step before potentially more expensive options like an implant that I was considering. She was amazing soft delicate very careful and explained everything before and after
ABSOLUTE WORST!! Was told they cancelled my appointment due to “no hygienist“ so I rescheduled and that appointment got cancelled due to “no confirmation.” I didn’t even receive a call within 24 hours. and within 3 min I was told my time was already booked. That is RIDICULOUS!! Why do I need to confirm an appointment I HAD TO RESCHEDULE!! DONT waste your time... if it was possible this would be zero stars.
