Making appointments with the new call center is absolutely horrible. I waited for 40 minutes to get ahold of someone, couldn't understand them, and it took 4 months to get an appointment opening.
Should have read the reviews!! Terrible!!!! I picked the dental office because it was on the list of dentists to choose from. I made an appointment over two weeks ago. Spoke with someone at DentalWorks twice. My insurance company spoke with someone there, I rearranged my work schedule and everything was set…I thought. Received a call from this unprofessional place and was told that they weren’t accepting new patients until the Fall. Why didn’t they just tell me that at first. The dentist and staff are awesome! They do wonderful work.
This 1 star is only for actual dental services staff. Their front desk staff is not even eligible to get a star given how unhelpful both the ladies were. I had given a call to let them know that I am going to change my dental provider due to change in insurance so please send me my dental x-rays or send to new provider. The lady Leslie mentioned I have to be physically going there and signing the release form. Had a toothache and was able to get in on the same day I called and ended with a root canal which took care of my pain. Friendly and caring people.
