Nicki was my favorite hygienist at Dental Works, I've been her patient for years. When I heard the news that she was no longer working there I was so sad and worried that I needed to find a new dentist. Especially since they changed the location and it's much further for my home. UPDATE 1/21: After several phone calls and no resolution they then would not schedule a braces adjustment for 2 more months. So if you want your children in braces for 5 years, then this is a great company for you to choose. I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Beware of FAKE REVIEWS that they post to try to bury their many BAD REVIEWS. Potential patients should be aware! - This has been the worst experience with a company. Very professional and great work.
Doctors and hygienists are very thorough, very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They accept my Medicare but I was referred here by a friend who used them out-of-pocket and he told me their pricing is very fair. Highly recommend!
Patient here for years!!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars for their customer service and management. The medical staff is fantastic especially sherry the dental hygienist however the front desk staff is rude and so is their manager sandy. I have been back and fourth on the phone for 2 weeks as they want me to pay for my ex husbands bill as I am the one who carried the insurance.
