This place was so great when I used to live out that way. Ive tried making an appointment 2 times now and both times it's been canceled. It's so hard to get an appointment here anymore. Also your website doesn't work for online scheduling. I had to call and spend 15+min on the phone with some lady (not the front desk its like a call center) just for her to keep putting me on hold. The dental hygienist was not friendly at all! She was a little on the rude side and a little ruff when it came to taking my x-rays. In addition, She didn’t take a lot of time cleaning my teeth as well. She probably was done within 2-5 minutes. Never have I ever had my teeth cleaned in that short amount of time before. Based on my experience with her, I don’t think I will be returning; I’m going to see if I can find a private family practice instead of going to these retail chain dental offices.
