No waiting,, the hygienist answered all of my questions and he was very profession.
I took my elderly mother for her appointment, and there had been a mix-up in communication and we were told we would have to reschedule. After I explained how difficult that would be, the woman behind the counter couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating and she made an appeal to the office manager (I assume) on our behalf, and they worked us in. I wish I had gotten her name. She was an angel. And my mother was very pleased with the care she received from the dental hygienist.
Dr. Diets is efficient but seems to always bevin a rush. He's lucky to have a supporting, and knowledgeable staff. Kudos to Dentalworks Memphis
