I have been coming here for all my dental needs for about 15 yrs...their work is exceptional and now you want to close this office...Why? where will I go? Please re-think your decision as I know many people who go here for their dental needs...
Used to be good, avoid now. Went here for a few years and loved it. Apparently there was a big staff turnover. They called to cancel my cleaning only 3 hours befor my appt. Refused to reschedule but said someone would call me. No one has. I’ve called and left messages several times over a few weeks and no one calls back. Today I get a text that I’m overdue for my cleaning (duh) and I try to call again - mailbox is full. Apparently no one works here anymore bc I’ve yet to talk to a human after trying to a month.
Since you are closing down this location, the staff is unaware of this. further, left several messages, none returned. Went to your Website, it's down. Your transition is very sloppy. Have started looking for a new dentist.
