Absolutely disgusting customer service, I’m appalled they are still in business.
I worked at a Dental practice that used this company but stopped after my experience. The delivered jobs late without any heads up and absolutely no remorse. We had patients expecting their fitting appointments at 4pm only for their dentures to be delivered at 6pm. To top it off, I would be abused over the phone whenever I called to ask for an update. Their quality of work might be good, but customer service and communication is horrendous.
Just great service, nothing is too much trouble I got a really great product surpassing my expectations.
