Very unorganized people, I’m very disappointed with this dentist and the staff. I have had multiple complications with this dentist all to their doing and I’ve had to keep coming back multiple times because they keep messing up my insurance and times to be scheduled . my mother has been trying for 2 months to get my 8 year old sister in to this office as my mother and I have been going to this office for over 15 years. We finally got an appointment, that i was able to take my sister to, just to walk in and them tell me “We have no hygienist today and we had no number on file to let you know.” well shouldn’t you have taken down my mothers phone number when you made the appointment???? Hygienist was too rough. Kept snagging my gums with her tools. My teeth hurt all evening after the cleaning - I had to take Tylenol to allow me to sleep. I couldn't allow the bristles of my toothbrush to touch the gums at the base of my teeth. Teeth stopped aching by the next day, but gums were still tender.
