The orthodontist is great, but the scheduling is so unorganized. I have to have a monthly check up for my braces and usually my appointments are canceled. When I call to reschedule I am told that they would have to call me back. I never received any calls and so I missed a Monday spot. I had to call them back...was told id get a call the next day and never received that call! Very frustrating.
Very professional and friendly staff.
