Company is short of staff. ( This should not be a reason for bad operations) They have canceled appointments and then provide services that insurance would not normally cover. Insurance states that we as insured do not owe but we continue to get collection calls (Insulting). Be cautious working with them Insurance Aetna and we have called many times and cannot and do not get call back

The dentist was fine but the billing is terrible. I have been double billed for several appointments going back 5 months. The office staff won't return phone calls to review billing. I have submitted receipts and I am still getting billed. I would not recommend this practice.

Very bad experience with payment. They incorrectly charged me twice for a service. Another time they charged me for a service that I never received. I would not recommend.

The previous dentist informed both my husband and me that we needed two crowns, and they were available that day to start the first one on both of us. I informed her that we would schedule for another date.When I returned for a cleaning there are new staff. They cleaned my teeth and took xrays, and nothing mentioned about me needing two crowns. Beware of this business. I made an appointment for dental cleaning and were told $150 + TAXES. But when i checked out they said it's $350 and the guy on the phone made a mistake informing me wrong prices. This is BS purely.

This office staff does not answer the phone at all I've called from hourly from 9-6 and not once did they answer. I paid for an overnight guard and two months later they have yet to provide the guards or a refund. I have even gone at times that their own signs say they are open and no one is there.

I just wasted a day off. I made a CLEANING appointment & spend over 2 hours at the office but no cleaning done. After waiting for so long, the dentist had me open my mouth & looked at my teeth for less than 5 mins. She said I was good to go for a cleaning & then the assistant said I’ll have to reschedule to get my teeth ACTUALLY CLEANED.
