Very disappointing experience with the finance department at DentalWorks of Brookfield. They are poorly responsive and do not handle insurance claims properly, leaving patients to deal with the fallout. Despite my insurance being willing to cover the expenses, their team failed to file the claims correctly and then shifted the burden onto me. Calls and messages go unreturned, and instead of resolving issues or discussing bills, they simply send accounts to collections. It’s extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time ... read more
