I had my first visit at DentalVille Family Dentistry in Beamsville on January 13 th 2026. I was very impressed. The dental hygienist was very kind and gentle she did a great job. I also got a fluoride treatment there which helps a lot, so I was glad that they had it to offer. I also met the dentist. She went over my x-rays with me. This was my second time going to get my teeth cleaned. A new dentist cleaned my teeth(not a dental hygienist, which was odd). Worst experience I have ever had. Very abrasive and my teeth don't feel like they're clean. She worked on me for roughly 30 minutes, which in my past experience is not enough time to do a thorough cleaning. At the end of the cleaning I wasn't given the bag they normally give with floss, toothbrush, and toothpaste. It's not for the goody bag, but the overall experience was very poor.
