Was given the wrong antibiotics from the dentist, which caused me 3 nights of no sleep due to pain until I rang 111 and was given the correct antibiotics from another emergency dentist. The dentist at DentalSpace seemed too concerned about selling me a clean + polish, and quoting me for £1500 of other dentist work that he wasn’t able to give me the right treatment for my infection…
Stay Away!!! Reception polite at first but once you paid deposits for the treatment, profesionalism goes downhill. The same goes to the dentist Huy Nguyen who did a sloppy jod on putting a temporary crown which did not last 24 hours which possibly the caused of my tooth infection. I will give detailed of not so nice experience on my complaint to DCS or Dental Negligence UK.
The staff was incredibly kind and provided excellent service. They took their time to ensure a thorough clean and polish. A big thank you to Alihah, Gozde, and Hui!
Dr.Huy Nygen Amazing and very smooth
I recently visited Dental Space for a teeth cleaning and had a fantastic experience. The clinic is spotless, and the room where the cleaning took place was very clean and comfortable. Nurses Gozde and Alihah were kind, polite, and very knowledgeable, which made me feel at ease right away. Dr. Huy Nguyen was also wonderful — professional, prepared, and thorough.
