I am totally a mess when visiting the dentist. This relates back to childhood traumas! My dental technician was Kim. She was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to explain exactly what she was doing, recognised when I needed a break and provided this, was thorough, supportive and exceptionally kind. Very happy with the service indeed.
Just like any dentist should be. Cares about the patient, kind and courteous. Have been going to this dentist since it opened and wouldn’t swap.
