The service was good, the doctor very professional and friendly. However, I heard one of the receptionists call a place (I don't know which place) to get directions, apparently asking to verify the account. The woman was despotic and extremely rude to the person on the phone. I think she, being a receptionist, should know how to treat others. I would give it five stars, but if they allow the employees to be like that, I'd lower it to a two.
Today I visit Dentalpoint for dental surgery, I was impressed with the dedication of the dr Alexey , he is very gental and very knowledgeable about his job ! The dental assistant Semra is the best dental assistant, the way she take care of the patient is outstanding,. Thank you Dentalpoint for your service!
I recently had dental implants done at Dr Alkumru office and I could not be happier or more impressed with entire experience! From the moment I walked in , the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. They were so professional and kind. Dr. Alkumru is an absolute expert in his field. He and his wonderful assistant Semra explained the entire process and were incredibly gentle during the procedure. The results are nothing short of amazing and I can't stop smiling!
