Billing fraud. His office called a month before my appointment to get my insurance. They then tell me they don’t accept my insurance AFTER the appointment. Got stuck with the entire bill. During the appointment they say the dentist wants X-rays, but he’s not in the office that day so he’ll review the scans and call me back later to discuss. It’s been weeks and still no call. Dr. Tran is the man! He has extracted one of my wisdom teeth, done a root canal on a dead tooth I had, along with filling a cavity. Also has replaced a crown for my wife. We are so grateful for all of his help and the staff is just as helpful and amazing! Dr. Tran walks you through the entire process and tells you exactly how it is and what needs to be done.
